Credit where it is due to FF and the Greens.

In fairness, I’m beginning to look back at the government parties in terms of my wandering vote. Given FG’s refusal to contemplate really radical political reform, and Labour’s (honest) decision to speak for the public sector, FF and the Greens have, in contrast, taken the right decisions on the economy, and on civil partnership and hunting, faced down the whackos. If the Greens were to continue with this new found streak on confidence about reform, and FF were to wake up to the fact that they have little to lose from some outside the box thinking, they could stave off absolute disaster yet. FG in particular have still not sealed the deal, and are failing the “Enda Kenny or Brian Lenihan one-on-one negotiating with Angela Merkel?” Test.
